When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your website and associated data may be deleted.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Made.ly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your website. However, underlying code, templates, and proprietary systems remain the property of Made.ly.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Made.ly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
